Most animals I know of can bite...if you are asking about blood and stuff, nope. There are fruit bats, and many bats like bugs. Vampire bats, if I recall, drink blood from animals like cows (large, relatively slow, less likely to notice)

Bats are pretty harmless. They just flap around a lot. They look like birds at night if you aren't lokking too closely.
