I'm not sure Anette got fired as much as left. I think it was for the same reason Sammi left after Wishmaster. Before they went on stage for their latest show in Denver (ref: http://www.trisphee.com/forums/showt...?t=1212&page=6), she fell rather spectacularly ill and I heard after the concert that this isn't her first brush with illness while on tour. Touring is a lot harder than a lot of people think, and I think her recent child probably made it harder. Again, though, this is my own private hypothesis. I could easily be wrong.

From what I heard about the first few concerts after she joined the band, Floor's supposed to sound a lot like Tarja. I haven't heard her voice for myself yet, though.

I still think the songwriter for Tarja's post-Nightwish work really needs to let her voice loose, and this kind of song just doesn't do that. She has all this range, but it doesn't sound like that is being allowed to come out (to me, anyway).

So today was just filled with depressing news. At least I'm going over to Sarah's.

Had a fuckin' really bad panic attack. (Not anxiety attack.) It's like... my second one in 2-3 weeks, third in almost 4-5. WTF.

Ouch. Hopefully there's something that can be done about these attacks. :(

Nah there isn't, which sucks. Panic attacks don't have a trigger, like anxiety attacks do (ie; if you go outside and you're agoraphobic or something you have a melt down or if you don't like close spaces for whatever reason you have a melt down. That can be medicated) but so far the only clue they have is that panic attacks usually are a result of some trauma in the past. So far there's no scientific cause of them other than that speculation and no scientific cure or help for it. Just gotta ride it out when it happens and trudge on forward. Medication doesn't even help because it's not that kind of problem. x.x
