Nefer - I need to get some pine board. And any chance you could post a pic of what you were talking about? Also the blade was kind bent so that didn't help at all XP And I only made it out of a scrap piece of plywood.

Espy - Then do it XD This will be my first prop.

(I got it for cheaper than the price there though, just watch for discounts at hardware stores)

And lol, ouf, plywood, it's good for the base of a shield to bend it a bit, but to make details that's kinda critical, the corners break far too easily O_O

...I have too many props personally, I don't know where to store them anymore ^^;;;

@Demo: Lol! Well I think I paid around 25$ (canadian) for mine, and there's a 2 years garantee ^^ And it's good to sand paperclay too ^^

@Demo: xD Just wait for a good sale, that's what I did ^^ Only problem is the fact that you need to sand somewhere that is ok to sand in since there is no 'bag' to collect the dust, only the big sander have it...
