they are? o.O they are just little ones that dont do any dmg i mean i guess if its dry enough it could cause a fire but thatd be impressive

You'd be surprised; they can be quite dangerous. If you're riding a bike or skateboard or something and they start going off out of nowhere because of some punk kid tossing them off a building or tree or out of some bushes, you can get pretty hurt from loss of control at the shock.

I remember my friends went to the grad trip, it was in Florida. They bought a bunch there because they're illegal here and were popping them annoyingly in class.
