His ears dropped as he growled at her knowing she was the cause of the binds. "tsk what do you care! Leave me be, I can damn well fend for myself by now." He kept cursing at her the whole trip, for someone who had a lack of energy it wasn't showing in his mouth that was certain.

When she finally stopped and released him he was still curing her though the langue had switched to be a mix of demonic and elven by this time and his ears were still back showing his annoyance.

"Why the hell did you bother me!? I would have been perfectly fine, there was a town not even a half a days walk from there." He sighed heavily. "i swear i think your trying to kill me.." Though he seemed to stop cursing for the moment at the least as he leaned against a tree for support.

What had she meant before when she said not when she was just getting use to him? It wasn't like that mattered or not she was sending him off with the damn dragon only moments before.

She huffed "Just shut up and sit down" She said before making a fire infront of them. She then began to take out and mix up a bumch of different herbs before placing them in a little cantean of water and sticking thw whole thing within the burning flames.

After awhile she carefully removed it and poured the hot contents within a cup and placed in front of the male before her "Drink it' She siad "Its a demonic remidy" She said before standing "Your energy will be back in less then half the time" She stated with a shrug.

He complained under his breath but still did as he was told to.. for the moment. Though he hardly had the will to fight against what she was ordering anyway. Why was she trying to help now anyway.. what the hell was she up to. Drow females never helped anyone unless there was a personal gain.. what was her angle.

He'd have to worry about figuring that out later as he was told to drink some liquid she had just made. His ears went back looking at her and to the cup. "your really no fun you know that..." He hissed at her before debating a moment on the cup or not. He had no real choice being no where near a town his normal method was out of the question.. forcing her into it was possible but dangerous and with his energy he'd likely pass out before it got that far. Plus he wasn't into forcing them either.

He finally gave in as she glared at him once more as a warning to drink it already. Once the mix was finished he shivered slightly. "oh god.. that teases worse then the old mans experiments.. " Sure he recalled her conversation about what she had studied but the odds this would work weren't that high.. besides that if he had to keep drinking this damn things while he traveled with her .. he might reconsider his plans then.

"Oh princess" She said before grabbing the cup "It was only a replenishing potion" She said slightly "Now try drinking something that heals bones" Elvara said with a shiver "Now that is nasty" She said with a nod of her head. After that she sat down infront of the male. Digging through her sack she took out some bread and sighed as she picked at it.

"Well then....I am thinking of hitching a ride up north with some friends around here" She said looking up to Zek "I am sure you heard of the eastern wolf clan yes?" Elvara said with a tilt of her head and a smile as she saw the look he gave her.

The eastern wolf clan was a large pack of demonic wolves. They didnt trust much and usually attacked anything that set foot in there territory. The leader of the back was a female by the name of Maya. She was ruthless and skilled.

"That...is where I am going next" She said with a nod of her head. "You are welcome to come or leave" She said with a shrug of her shoulders "Though it would be 3 days instead of a weeks travel" Elvara said with a nod of her head.

He shuddered a little "... heh.. been there done that.. your right. Please don't remind me..." Even being part demon not everything healed right away when it came to wounds, plus when he was younger he had his fair share of trouble.

He did give her a odd look at the idea of working with the wolf clan, how did she even have ties to them from her island? "I've heard of them.. Vaden use to go out that way. Personally I never bothered to go that far" Then again normally they didn't give up on trying to force him back.. though he was sure one of the next steps was the wizard or else the Queen herself. Both he knew damn well that he wasn't going to be able to do shit about stopping them.

He shrugged a little "You forced me all the way out here as it is, why bother walking back to town from here. You lost your chance of getting rid of me when you used your little shadow magic." Aside from that he had nothing better to do anyway. To admit it he was a bit curious how this little trip was going to turn out and he wanted to see it all the way through just to avoid going back to whatever duties they wanted him to do this year.

Though he figured his luck would run out long before the trip was over. Plus he was still trying to figure out this female.. she was like most drows he had crossed paths with yet not at the same time. He couldn't put his finger on why she intrigued him a bit.

"So what are you going to do if your 'friends' don't help, aside from walk for a few weeks of course." He shrugged again with a slight laugh, thats if they weren't both ripped apart first.

Elvara looked to him and she smiled, and grew as his words kept going until she laughed "Ha! Them kill me?" She asked "Oh thats funny!" Elvara said slapping her knee "You see it helps to know me in some cases up north" She said "My father and I we used to travel when I was younger. Our main place was the north east. On the Island we dont get snow..." She said. "So we used to trip up there just so I could have a weeks play in the white fluff!"

Elvara for some reason loved snow. She guessed because of the fact that she has hardly seen the stuff. "Upon one of our trips we ran into a deamon" She said "This thing was attacking a young pup when we found it" She said "We killed the deamon then later found it there was more victoms" She said kinda sadly.

Elvara looked to zek and continued "There was four in total some three lay hurt some two yards away. We healed them saved them and sent them on there way" She said with a smile "Later we find out that the pup we saved grew into the queen of the tribe" Elvara said with a smile "I hardly doubt they will hurt us" She said with a nod.

He listened to her talking about traveling with her father, it made him realize a few things that were vastly different between her world and his. Even if her father was strict with her he still tried to make her happy. Where in his life he was forced to train pretty much every waking hour, the thought of doing something other then was not to happen. Though he didn't see snow being worth traveling that far for... though they did get snow in the other areas during certain times of the year.

Though he seemed to stay rather silent when she mentioned a demon, she even called it a thing. Though he didn't voice his thoughts on what she said it still stung a little. Though he was rather use to the different 'titles' over the years, even if he normally kept to himself and avoided doing anything to give anyone a reason to label him. Sure he knew she wasn't talking about him but still it was in his blood.

After she seemed finished he finally bothered speaking "I see.. though from the sounds of it I may part ways with you before we get that far." He shrugged a little. He had his reasons for saying this, one he had demon blood and the fact that the wolf clan could probably smell that blood without trouble.. he didn't want to really test a fight with them.

Elvara looked to him with almost sad looking eyes before she sighed a little "Just because its part of your blood dosent mean anything" She said to him before looking to him. It was true though. Elvara knew that if she said he was okay then nothing would happen to him. She didnt know if the male before her was just scared or if it was something else.

Either way Elvara shrugged "But its up to you the option is there" She said before moving laying down with her head on her sack one arm curled above her head the other laid across her chest with one knee bent foot placed firmly on the ground. She laid in a way that if anything happened a weapon was a short distance all around her.

"It means more then you think." He said without bothering to look at her. He never explained what he meant, then again why bother, she wouldn't know. He wasn't really that weak of a person mentally or physically.But he wasn't a fool either, he knew the thoughts that crossed other's minds let alone how they viewed him. He wasn't looking for her to feel sorry for him, hell he had made it this far in his life without anyone doing such a thing.

There were other reasons he said what eh did though, he didn't always have complete control over his demonic half. As odd as that sounds there were times it took over, he didn't want that to happen. Though sooner or later he would part ways with this female to ensure what happened last time didn't repeat it's self.

After she laid down he finally sighed before speaking again. "I'll go, but if it starts looking bad don't bother trying to smooth things out." He shrugged a little "aside from that I can't really die for the time being so I wouldn't be too concerned anyway." Maybe one day she'd understand why each time he mentioned he couldn't die he'd say for now or the time being.. though probably only Vaden really knew the answer.

Elvara sighed "Yeah whatever" She said before turning her back to him. Elvara didnt know what to think of everything that has happened since she had met the male behind her. No use thinking about it....so she simply let her mind sleep.

She awoke early morning and stood stretching. Looking over to Zek she paused. He almost looked peacefull while he sat there leaned into the tree. Her thoughts strayed to other things before she shook her head "Get up!" She yelled and laughed a little as the male before her jumped "
We have a date with some wolves" She said with a smile.

"for fucks sake!" hr hissed at her. "can't you act normal at least once? geese" He shook his head before standing, though he still half leaned against the tree. not like he had been sleeping or anything, but still her sudden call out wasn't expected.

"well lead on, I hardly know this area." He shrugged a little, this wasn't a good area to not know where you were suppose to be going in but still. It seemed she knew the way so why worry too much about it. Though he did have a slight worry in the back of his mind, he had dealt with beast tribes before.. most voiced very clearly how much they detested demons, even a half blooded one. That fact alone was probably half of his cause to want to rid that very part of him from his body.

Elvara nodded her head as she turned and began walking humming a tune with her hands held behind her back just under the hilt of each sword. Elvara walked and hummed for a long while until she suddenly turned right then continued on.

It was high noon before Elvara stopped. "Okay...I think that should be far enough" She said with a nod. Then as if on cue three abnormaly large wolves stepped from the trees around them "I knew you were fallowing us" She said looking to the large midnight black wolf infront of her.

Then that wolf charged and Elvara stood there with a smile hearing Zek behind her yell something. Elvara then laughed as she landed on the ground with a fully changes Maya ontop of her. Strong legs curled on either side of her waist and strong hands placed on each shoulder "ELVARA!" The wolf girl said in a smile and she smiled back.

"Hello Maya!" She said before being aloud to sit up. "My you have growen since I last saw you" Elvara said with a smile looking at the young women before her. "Well when was the last time you came and saw me!?" She said in a huff crossing her arms. Elvara sighed "There has been something happening back home" She said looking to Maya.

Maya stopped her pouting and looked to Elvara with a serious look "What kind of happenings?" Maya said "Um....a deamon gate opening" She said to her with a little shrug on her shoulders. Soon she stood and looked to the male behind her "This is Zekrak" She said indicating to the male behind her.

This earned two growls from the two wolves that almost stood guard over the male. "He has deamon blood in him" Maya said with a growl smelling the air. At that Elvara turned and looked to her "Yes but he is a friend and will do nothing to harm you unless you try and harm him" She said slightly "I found that out" She said with a bit of laughter.

"Trust me hes a good friend" She said to Maya and she got a smile in return "If hes good with you then hes good to me!" She said before walking over and standing right infront of Zek and bowed a little "Welcome to the northen forest" She said before standing "I am queen Maya of the northern tribe. As long as I am in power you are safe within these borders" She said smiling slightly.

With that said the two wolves on either side changed as well and there stood to tall large males with tails and ears and the lower half furry wolf feet clawed at the toe. They both walked past the male with a nod of the head. "See...told you so" Elvara said with a smile before turning and fallowing the others Maya included.

He saw the whole blood comment coming a mile away, though he kept his mouth shut with a rather unimpressed look as if asking if they had to go there. Even after Elvara said that he was with her the two guards seemed to still keep a close watch on him though they kept whatever growls to themselves. Really he couldn't blame him, it was a known fact most with demon blood couldn't control it. Though for most cases he did fairly well with his.

He did however shoot Elvara a short glare when she said he was harmless unless provoked, how the hell would she know he lost pretty damn badly against her the first time. Even if it was on purpose. Though she did catch him training and then the short burst with Ruth.. tsk he needed to watch himself around her or she'd really know he could fight damn well and just held himself back. Though she probably could figure that out already.

He returned the Queen's bow, though he still seemed oddly silent, for him anyway. Though truth be it he had nothing to really say, what was he suppose to say. He felt like he was already walking on thin ice even if he was labeled as a 'friend'. With Elvara he knew all too well that could change in a matter of seconds, he wasn't sure what would happen if she hanged her mind around here.

He sighed a little hearing her say told you so. "how old are you again?" He questioned her rather bluntly before smirking a little, it was more or less a insult though it was a bit of a witty one compared to most he normally threw around. Either way he moved to follow Elvara, he hardly wanted to get lost here. Though he'd manage to find his way out but still.

Elvara crossed her arms with a huff "Hey now your the same way sir!" She said with a little sigh hearing Maya laugh at her "Are you sure you two are not a couple" She asked with a tilt of her head earning a squawk from Elvara "You two fight like one already!" At that Maya ran away with Elvara running after her with lines of skinning an animal.

Soon they stopped at a clearning. In this clearing were huts of different shapes and sizes some having smoke come from holes at the tops of each. "Come on you to lets get you fed then we can talk as to why exactly your here" Maya said and Elvara nodded.

They then were led to a hut at the back of the others. It was larger in size and Maya smiled "My home is yours when you are here" With that she pulled back the thick hide of a door and walked in. Elvara fallowed shortly before Zek. Looking about furs lined the floor keeping it warm as the fire in the middle of the hut heated everything around it.

His ears went back at the sound of the word couple. "I'll gladly keep my freedom thanks.. " he half growled out at the thought, Like hell he planned to settle down, let alone with this female. He'd rather cut his own arm off then do that. Or that's what he was thinking anyway. Though he smirked a little watching Elvara run after the wolf Queen, though the two guards seemed to look at one another and at him about as lost at what to do as he was. Though they seemed to not wish to run after.

He nudged Elvara before speaking "I'll just wait outside, this is your deal not mine.. " He didn't want to tell her really he had a almost sickening feeling in hi stomach, though he was sure this place had a few demon wards at the least.. though his advantage of being a half blood was that he could walk through most wards. But that didn't mean there was no affects from them if exposed for a extended amount of time or if there was enough of them. Not only that but figured the two could use time alone anyway to catch up on whatever they wished.

Elvara gave him a nod before she entered the room. There is when she sat and spoke to Maya. Elvara explained everything that was going on from the very first detail to the last and even the quest she was about and where she was heading. Maya nodded her head "So I was woundering if you could help me and make this trip shorter by hitching a ride up north" Elvara said with a little smile and a tilt of her head.

Maya sighed a little "Well we do have a group going up there tomorrow at dawn" She said "They should reach the base of the mountains by night fall" She said slightly. "But lets see with the extra bodies and supplise...about an hour longer then that huh..." Maya sat there in thought. She then nodded her head "Well okay great!" She said "They can take you in the morning. I will make sure all arangements are made and a sled is drawen up" She said and Elvara gave her a look "Oh...they are taking the east portal to the north" And Elvara nodded "Okay"
