We're in the TV subforum so let's talk about the TV show.

I have a followup question. Have you always?

Did the first episode you ever watched make you a fan for life or was it a slower process?

I ask because My husband and I watched several episodes this week
and he thought they were all pretty funny.

Thing is, he didn't really like this show before.

I've been a fan for awhile but I wasn't smitten after just a few episodes.
It had to grow on me.

My husband's favorite quote of the whole show! Barney and Robin are what make the show digestible to him. Me? I like Lily. Oh silly little Lily. She kills me with the sexual stuff that comes out her mouth.

Haha, I love that show. My favourite characters... all of them except for Robin. XD
For some reason, I find her kinda annoying.
My boyfriend keeps telling me that I am exactly like Lilly :< I don't know whether that is good or bad, I love her because she's funny but she would be soooooo annoying in real life XD

Nah. Lily's awesome! That's a total compliment. She's cute, funny and has a mean streak. Love that.

I guess Robin could run some folks the wrong way but I love her. Everything from the gun toting, scotch drinking, cigar smoking to Let's go to the Mall.

I've watched a few episodes and I thought it was kinda dumb at first but for some reason it grew on me. I really liked last night's episode because they're finally going to address the Ted x Robin x Barney triangle, but I really think that's a red herring since I don't think Ted has feelings anymore for Robin, and you know that she won't be the mother of his children since she hasn't been in his class yet or any of the other qualifiers.

I just hope she ends up with Barney. Or if Barney does marry Nora then I hope Robin crashes it haha.

I almost never catch the newer episodes. T_T

have a favorite character. Maybe Barney
since it's Neil. I still can't believe
how awesome of a actor he is. Especially
since he's such a playboy and he is really
a happily married gay man. I think he's like
my hero for being a man who can act that good.
I might not make much sense right now, thats
because I'm getting over having my second
mental breakdown for the day ~_~

I watched it almost all the time. My all-time favorite is Barney, all the way. xD He just brightens up the show. Lily is pretty funny too. I kind of like Robin, but also not. Guess you can call if nuetral.

Love the show, and got to love Barney. Partly because of the irony that the perfect womanizer and masoginist is actually openly gay in real life. Though being honest, the guy is hilarious. Obsession with suits, and in general very persistent. Although the slap bet was one of the worst decisions he made....along with a trade of 3 slaps to take the ducky tie off. Sorry if I ruined that for anyone.

I have been a fan of the show since I started watching it, but liked it more as I saw more of it.

It's such a great, awesome, funny show!

My favourite character is definitely Barney...though I wish he was more positive about Canadian, Canadians, and anything Canadian related. >_>;
But other than that, he's awesome! And so is his actor, Neil Patrick Harris aka NPH!! <3

I love this show ^^ I don't go out of my way to watch it, and it did pull me in on the first episode I watched, but if it is on and I have the time- I'll definitely sit down and watch as many episodes as I can. :)
