It was okay. I found I did make an error in my math. HOWEVER, Mike tried to tell me NY requires a 45 minute lunch. My mom works for the state and they only get 30 minutes. The Dept of Labor site says 30 minutes. . . Why is he saying we have to have a 45 minute lunch by mandate of state, when state says different? I'm calling the dept and asking.

It depends on where the Staples HQ is I think. Depending on which state it is big store chains like Staples, wal-mart, target, etc.. They can enforce other rules and regulations like that and kind skip under red tape and such.
