and yeah, I've done that job fish, soooooooo done that job. I sadly was great at selling the replacement plans, came back to bite me though when they wouldn't let me transfer to a department that wasn't required to push them as hard...

nope, but years and yeeeeeeeeears ago I worked at Best Buy when they did that shite.
and still here, just wandering about to post around. I don' need more pearls per se..but still enjoying getting them.

Anyway, Ah, yeah I hear best buy is extremely bad with that. I feel bad that we've gotten to that point. I believe in our plans, but I don't believe in pressuring the customer like that. I guess I really need to look for a new job the more I think about that. It's not customer service, it's hassling. It's ridiculous.
