You also need to rest a lot, as often as you can, so you shouldn't say up late (and 11pm is late for you now >o>) and nap often, not sit up at computer for more than hour or two straight. >:

No, Latvia's national language is Latvian, they only teach English in school. X3 I don;t get much chance to listen to actual American and English people speaking live.
