Our internet provider (Frontier) screwed up and cancelled our internet, so we've been trying to get it again since Monday and they're being really retarded. My boyfriend's mom spent 4 hours on the phone with customer service on Monday and they didn't even do what they said they were doing.

They're probably just pissed because she found out she was being charged for two internet services and didn't even know another internet service was added. Not to mention, we only have one modem anyway. They put the money they've been charging her since July as credit in her account.

All of this is frusterating. I hope you've been doing good and that you are enjoying your Requiem Knight :3 I still have yet to get at least 2 of each item before the month ends, and I haven't even gotten one yet :C But I am really hoping to visit my mom and as a part of my graduation present she is going to give me some runes on here.

I agree, companies try to screw people all the time. Sometimes they are "really" mistakes. Most of the time its them trying to get your money, when they are caught of course they will credit you back.
I've learned how to deal with cable/internet/phone providers. Sadly my mom can't listen to me at all when I tell her how to get them to lower the price. At least I'm happy to know how to persuade the providers to lower the price so when I'm older I have cheap internet, cable, and phone.
