sil's ribbons are nice- but i dunno if they work good with that...

as for the wings and hair- only solution is to go in and equip them- wait a bit at the item page (or also equipt a few other things from that same page) then go to the layering page.

the tight skirt is in eceletric, and the hair that would work best... dunno. extension may work sicne they have alot of pigtail options now
