D8! Maybe it's something that's happening within the lines. Like...is there too much water or moisture around the lines? It could mess up the signals. Maybe you're on a network where someone is hogging up the lines with massive downloading or using high resource-consuming applications (ie mmo's)

we haven't been doing much cause it's been dc'ing like mad for 3 days xD
but we're seeing if my pc connected directly to the box dc's if not then it's probably my router an i need to contact them to see whats wrong cause all the lights are on =/

Most likely a network failure on their end. They're probably trying to fix it and it's causing stability issues.

i dunno Comcast the guy i was on the phone with for like a hour said the box has been working perfectly for the past 10 days x.x so .. an my pc is fine with the direct link up =/ i guess it is the router
