see my brain fabricates everything its weird, its a curse and a blessing sometimes seeing what others do not but the speed at times is too much(brain subconscious) working faster then I can keep up

Well, I also draw, take photos and such, it helps me put out my ideas. And I "write" in my head, I often make up small scenes and describe them, just not always write them down right away.

I hate that anxiety and stuff that comes over me if I am not constantly occupied. Dx I have been able to relax a bit more recently, but when i stress out, it's still really bad.
