Is the Anka going to be in the Yearly?
Also, is does the yearly shop stay open with the same item for a year.

Yes, Anka (and other beta items) will be in the yearly shop but only for a couple of weeks or so to get more in the system.

And I believe the items will change every year.

Well, "rare" is not really something we're going for. It staves off crazy inflation better that way.
