My partner and I are going through a rough spot :/
Our bedroom life is just about non existent. No fault of her, mostly its on me with the meds I'm on and the pain in my lower back and groin.

She mentioned she wants to find another person to satisfy her needs. We have not spoken much of it because I just don't know how to respond to that.

Then she sends me a text. "Can you drop me off to this kink group?"
Totally came out of nowhere. There was no discussion about this group.
I told her I felt sort of betrayed and then she insists its to make friends not just what I think it is. Then a friend she ranted to messaged me telling me "just talking is not cheating" Yes I know, but suddenly asking me to drop her off at a group dedicated to kinks with very little context other than her unsatisfied needs...
Dunno, I feel betrayed and gaslit. There was no communication.

also i forgot to put a dishwashing tablet into the dishwasher. not entirely a bad thing, just mildly annoying because i'll probably have to do a second wash with the current load. hopefully it cleans it up a bit.

Been panicking for basically half the day because my older sib needs to crash at my place for the night and I'm for sure not gonna have time to get it pristine clean (wash all the dishes, sweep and mop all the floors, etc.) plus do a load of laundry in the...approx 3 hours between getting home (after I get off work, I need to hit the store for a couple things first) and them arriving.
I know that sounds like plenty of time, but tbh, depression + adhd brain has kinda made it tough for me to focus on cleaning a lot, so my apartment is kinda gross, but I'm gonna just do my best and hopefully my sib will respect the "don't look in the fridge/cabinets" rule.

My son got a stomach bug from food poisoning about a week and a half ago. Whatever it was seems to have had about a 48-hour incubation period, because the weekend before last I was completely laid out; I don't think I got out of bed for more than a few minutes at a time all day Sunday. And two days later, my wife got sick. (I don't remember the last time I took 32 hours of sick leave in such a short span of time.)

And just as she was starting to recover from that, a strong dry wind kicked up all the allergens while our immune systems were already stressed, and now all three of us are congested and coughing.

Blaaaaaah.

Ugh....the stress of waiting for something to be delivered is fun...
Set to be delivered to work, is 'out for delivery' supposedly, outgoing mail was picked up, but nothing for incoming was dropped off.

So, never buying "hand dyed" yarn on Etsy again without doing a VERY thorough check of the shop and product reviews.
Bought what I thought was going to be 2 skeins very vibrant pastel fluorescent yarn (approx 70% yellow/green and 30% pink) with a very scattered speckling of darker flecks that I assumed was from a person who actually dyes the yarn.
What I recieved was a very splotchy, heavily flecked yarn that was mostly pink. One skein had a more yellow-ish tint and the other was very green, but they're much more muddy. And were definitely either a re-sell or destash situation, not "hand dyed" by the seller as their listing and product photos implied.
...aaaaand because of the different greens between the skeins, I can't really use them for the shawl I wanted to make, so I have to figure out something else to do with them now. xP
