Moving heavy things would be a good way to work out. I wonder how hard water delivery would be.

The heaviest gallon here is 20L. I can lift it but if I could choose I wouldn't xD

Now you can have winter any time of the year.

Looks like the 5 gallons are close to that. I worked up to carrying one one-handed, since I get water refills with them. I want to be able to carry 2 at a time, but that might be potentially dangerous.

Each arm. I don't plan on actually trying it. A barbell setup would be preferred.
