It's hard kad :( I'll snack on healthy foods if people put them in front of me, but since I'm not 12 living with my mom, I'm the one grabbing the snacks and my go to is... erm... NOT healthy xD

Unfortunately, when I'm at work, the "healthiest" food option is welches fruit snacks. But they have gelatin in them, so I can't/won't eat them.

Another weird thing that happens sometimes,
I'll feel super weak and exhausted and constantly crampy but at the same time I have energy and be alert somehow?? <x} I dunno? Body why u do this to me???!
