Hmmmm....the house in the Taffy Chew could do in a pinch. Not much else in the way of backgrounds and hair in those though.
The meager chromatic common hair options in the salon shop might work, but they're expensive, so I might have to save my wip avi to test it before I commit.

Non common hairs there's the decora like Gizzie said and there was a seasonal collection called... Industrial! Industrial Gothic.

I might need to borrow it.

And do we know if there are any actual rainbow sky items? If not, I think I have an idea, but it may not be as rainbowriffic as it could be.

Actually, my avi looked pretty boss until I had to add clothing so it wasn't fully nude.
Need different color eyes for it, but the base itself is actually awesome. Just trying to make it contest worthy is hard.

I may need to borrow one or 2 Ink Mage from someone. I've been trying to figure out a good non-rainbow background (with possible rainbow accents) so it's not super distracting from the actual avatar, but still works with it, but idk man...I need to have a ton of stuff and money to make this work. XD
And also probably way more time than is left to get it done in...

Update: I think I just need hair, sandals and new eyes oh, and some sort of spear or bow, preferably all black, and my avi will be "good enough". But not quite up to mdom level rainbowing. I just don't have the itwms for it.

You have probably already considered it, but with the right mix of colored items layered strategically, you can create a rainbow effect without using a rainbow only items.

I have no clue what items I would even need to make that effect.
I have layered a few to make a....shitty color gradient sky and water with a dissolving patch of sand effect though?
