Why not both? Or paint the chest hair in the style the drag queens have been doing the modern style/stroke technique of eyebrows, but with glitter eyeliner.

It's pretty common, mine would be noticeable if I didn't eliminate it.

My eyebrows are naturally pretty bushy, too. Can't skip too many days without plucking them.
