Users may submit 1 avatar a month but may change it as often as they like within the time limit.

Mine's technically first although I really can't host and enter even though I'm not picking winners but yeah I really should sit it out

I have better themes if I get to do this more though but figured I'd do a hardesh one for March with St Patrick's Day and all although I could have gone with the leprechauns gold or at the end of the rainbow >.<

I'll be joining this contest soon, I just have to get a few more things to experiment with before I submit an avatar. Do we have until 11:59 p.m. on the 22nd to submit or do we have to submit the day before the 22nd?
