Easy-peasy. Just grab a copy of A Song Of Ice And Fire, take the Winterfell stable servant's dialogue and replace every "Hodor" with "Meow".

Actually if there's interest I might give it a try to write a feline SQ character. But I suspect the personality turns out a mix between Albert and Jello ^^;
