Haha good luck.
CR staff doesn't look at the threads (mods are volunteers not staff so mods can't do anything about it).. Sending a Contact Us for something like that probably won't get looked at either... if it does, it would probably take a long time. it took like 2-3 weeks for my billing/change me to yearly thing to get answered and then it took them 3 months to actually change it over .. ._. their support sucks. | ||||

Crunchy has the manga for Sweetness & Lightning ovo its farther along than the anime ^w^ worth reading if you want

Their manga selection is small.. they barely update some of the less popular ones.. (grr update Miira no Kaikata!!!!) D:< and they lose the license to 3 of them recently ono

Its just their Manga and Asian Drama section that suffers.... ono
Their anime section is pretty good. Especially since they help Co-Produce (they pay for it to be made) Anime >:3 omg Blend S is good.. so friggen funny! Kino's Journey was good too owo | ||||

Maybe its how they pronounce some things? I noticed a lot of their words I hear tend to have like a harsh 'cha' sound or something of the likes.
