All gem genes are gonna be expensive. Primary Gem Genes are 1500g, secondary and terts are 1200g in the MP alone.

Since the prices of gems keep going up, 100g = 800-1000t so AH value for treasure will be in between 1.2mil and 1.5 mil treasure.
