@ml ps2 games wouldnt be hard to stream but it would be expensive since you need a capture device.

Yeah, I know, that's why I'm kind of said. Do you know if a program is needed to capture PC gameplay or does it just stream it as is?

You can do both.
You can use Fraps but its kind of junk.
I use OBS (open broadcaster software)

They have a neat estimator on their website. You put your pc set up and internet speed and it tells you what to set things for a smooth stream
