Sometimes I watch those bridal shows just to imagine what their dresses would look like in all sorts of different colors... and then I hear that their dresses cost somewhere around six or eight THOUSAND dollars... and I just about choke on my bottled water.

Yeah, I do the same when I watch those shows. Especially when the girls buy the dresses that cost over 10k. Them and the ones who say their dress budget is "unlimited"

I really only watch those shows when there's nothing else on. I mean, yes, it's all very pretty, and I would love to be able to have all the chiffon and organza and all that jazz someday, but it's not something I think about all the time. I'm not one of those girls that's had her wedding planned since the age of ten. Heck, I don't know if I'll ever even get married or not. First I have to find someone who'd be willing to put up with me for the rest of their life.
