Yes they should, asking new people what's missing is an excellent idea. I can see that the staff is not going to be a problem here.

We come from Crysandrea, which we love dearly but is going down on hiatus and who knows what it will be like when it comes back.

Financial issues, they want to re-vamp it, people are going to lose their posts and items but the site has been through this before and plenty of users are optimistic, myself included.
