Soooo, at this current moment, I am thoroughly enjoying Shark Week!!!

Does anyone else watch Shark Week, if so, what do you look forward to the most?

Shark Week! I love shark week. I've pretty much seen all the shows already multiple times but I watch them anyway. Not sure why but sharks just fascinate me. I watch all the Shark movies I can too. And I still swim in the ocean! Though it helps that shark attacks aren't usually a concern on the coast here. We have Six gills if you dive deep enough but I think you're more likely to accidentally bump into a killer whale. That thought concerns me a little bit if I'm in deep ocean.

I'm really glad that it seems like there are mostly new shows since it's the 25th anniversary!

Looks like it. Part of me thinks that it's courtesy of shows like Planet Earth and their leftover footage that has generated a lot of new material for nature shows, especially sharks since they spent a lot of time at Seal Island.

Air jaws? Haven't bumped into that one. I want to see the show on how Jaws changed the world. :) I'm curious to read the novel now. I watch the movie all the time but I've never given serious thought to reading the book.

Bah! The only stuff on today is Sharkville and shark shows that I've already seen. I should have a Jaws marathon just for the fun of it. :). (Minus the second one)

They really are!!!

Sure they're deadly, but they are so intriguing to learn about. I think the coolest part was learning that there is fossil proof of a Magalodon being large enough to bite a whale's head off...
