My grandpas been gone for a long time now, but, see..

I watched him have a massive stroke and die when I was seven. And he was like my dad, since I don't have one.. So, Friday was the only thing I had left of him, and ... yeah. She didn't even show signs of dying, or being sick, or anything of the sort.

Sorry to hear that. I have a few items of my grandfather around. One of them, I let my daughter play with but I cannot get my husband to understand why I feel so attached to the other one to the point of I get upset when people grab.

Sui;; I do believe she was .. 23? I don't know how old she was when Grandpa got her, but, we've had her since I was three. And I'm 21 now. So I guesstimate she was about 23.

Sidi;; I know how that is. My ex has my grandpa's favorite ring, I gave it to him as a temp engagement ring, and he hasn't sent it back to me. And its getting really... merr.
