thats true, but my gameboy helps me fall asleep at night...because EV training pokemon is so boring OTL

Even calm music or reading doesn't help. xD

It usually takes a few hours for me to fall asleep after going to bed. Mostly depends on how high my paranoia levels are that night.

I take a few hours, depending on how bad my insomnia is that night/morning.
Plus added on to trying to get comfy with my belly. xD
