But I am getting good at icing with a case knife...

Over all the baker and cake decorter in her knows better on what to use and what is needed to make cakes, and cupcakes. So If you can do it another way with out using things like a icers spacual thats pretty good,

I can't use an icing spatula on cuppie cakes...they're too big...I got good at a case knife though, but only the one I have at school...IDK how well I'll do with the ones here, they have a bit more of a blade...

You know they have smaller ones right? They range from big ones to the little ones to make more smaller looks desiens on cakes.

I know...I also can't afford to buy them when it's mostly for cuppie cakes...besides...If I can do it with a case knife, that means I don't have to worry about loosing it...

I learned to do most of my cooking and baking from my grandma...she's from the mountains of Virginia, so she uses whatever she can find...

Pinto Beans, Corn Bread, Fried Potatoes, Greens, and a few other southern staples I am really really good at!

And I would love to get together and cook sometime...but it'd be hard cause we're far apart...
