Yeah, that's been happening a lot lately. EDIT: Ack! I just realized I left my teas at home! Dammit! Oh well. At least I have the perma supply that lives in my carry-on duffel. Farm sitting for my sister. She's as bag about strong tea as I am, but does not gave doctors giving her the evil into cutting down.

A few weeks ago I found some catnip tea online. It took a while for me to actually GET it thanks to some shipping problems, but I love it. I don't know if it's because it's really good or I just like the smell and flavor of catnip already though ...

Probably both. I find that teas with herbs or spices I like generally translate well, but fruits do not for the most part. Exceptions are apple, mango, lemon, and orange. Mostly. ;) I'm trying this thing called "Canadian Breakfast" tea. I don't really know what's about it that makes it Canadian, though the package does say blended an packed in Canada (nothing about growing or harvesting here though. Not really a surprise). Also not sure what distinguishes it from Red Rose which likes to pride itself on being Canadian in the first place. Red Rose has a tea car. The pot lit on the top is cute but the spout on the hood is kinda disturbing, really. Unforuntately, an image of said tea car is proving elusive.

Not straight, just mixed with stuff, usually lemon. In fact, I had a heck of a time finding lemon tea without ginseng in it. I`m not supposed to have ginseng because it increases your heart rate.

Ah whoops. -loves ginseng tea- Actually I love ginseng in general. -steals dry slices from the cache and noms just that- ...I'm weird. Think I ran out of chamomile tea...I'll probably have boxes of that stocked up in college for sleep purposes. STONEWALL WAS A RIOT

I like ginger. I'm probably not supposed to have much of that either but I do anyway. :). Though usually it's pickled ginger with sushi. If I'm feeling particularly maschostic I have pickled ginger and wasabi. I'm still not sure why.

-never really liked ginger- There're some things where, if the ginger flavor is really, really subtle, okay, fine, I'll drink/eat it, but usually...it's not a favorite of mine. Well, actually, certain ginger-ful dishes are okay with me, if they're Chinese cuisine or something. STONEWALL WAS A RIOT

I like ginger candies now and then, the chewey kind, so long as they don't burn too much. Thanks to my now rebellious stomach I at least mildly nautious relatively often and ginger helps that.

My family will stock me with enough tea to last a year when I go away to school. I do want to get more chamomile tea.

I have some around but I keep forgetting about it. I usually prefer Sleepy Time tea instead when I'm in the mood for something like that. Although, I did have some chamomile white chocolate that makes me wonder how it would be in some white hot chocolate. Friends at the coffee shop I used to work at would often steep green tea into a cup of hot chocolate.

yup, Celestial Seasonings, but other brands use similar names. Bigelow makes one that is almost the same name but can't recall.

I haven't had Bigelow in a while, actually, although for some reason its name sounds more familiar than Celestial Seasonings, the type I usually drink. Bigelow's Orange Spice = luff. Actually, Orange-anything = luff most of the time. STONEWALL WAS A RIOT

I used to be hooked on tea- when I was trying to wean myself off of coffee >.< It seems these days that I only drink tea when I'm sick. I used to drink echinacea tea, but due to the volume of tea that I drink when I'm sick, I had to switch to chamomile. Too much echinacea upsets my lower GI tract. I also have cut out caffeine from the tea I drink. My husband-creature bought some really great green tea with berry flavours, but I can't drink it because of the caffeine *le sigh* @Serra: do you remember the site where you bought your catnip tea? I LOVE the smell of catnip, so I would be willing to try it. And if it's safe for kittehs, I'm sure ALL my cats would want to taste-test it with me LOL I love the Celestial Seasonings Sleepy Time tea *mmmmm* I no longer put lemon in my tea, nor do I put milk/cream, but I am a fiend when it comes to honey >.< Anyone else here go overboard with the honey?
