My knees aren't that bad right now, I just can't do any hardcore running (i.e. dead sprint or long distance)

The issue with the item ID thread is that if I don't know the item, nobody else will. Especially if Inari doesn't know either. I own every non-common item on Trisphee, and I checked the shops for it. It's not in the shops and it's not in my inventory. It doesn't exist.
