If you can get early jalapenos, they aren't that hot...And wrapped in bacon and filled with cream cheese would take away some of the hot as well...

Well.....Tiva and I are planning to live off campus next semester, so.....George Foreman grill worst case scenario?

...Or we could try and use one of the grills on campus...wrap the grill in foil and then the food won't taste like smoke, but will still grill...
