Hi, this is Passion Pit's mule. I can't seem to access Tris at all... The only way I was able to log into this account was because of a link. Any time I try to access it any other way... the following things happen.

I know everyone is already aware of this issue, but I thought some screenshots might help.

This is what happens when I refresh an already open Tris tab - Click
I have my settings set to remember me. You can see me already logged in from last time there.
When I type in my username and password, nothing happens.

(Opera is my main Tris browser.)

Here is the same problem on Chrome. Click
Weird log in page, same as Opera.
I type in my information (but my mule, Hello Kitty. I also tried Passion Pit.) and this happens. Click
Which is different from what happens in Opera.

I also tried Firefox and got the same weird log in window.
I hit cancel, and this happens. Click
It happens on all the browsers, as well.

And yes, I tried clearing my cookies. I tested it on Firefox, since I hardly use it and I hatteee erasing cookies. Click
I don't even know what that page means.


(Also I'm sorry for all the accidental solia stuff up. if i cropped it out, it'd be hard to tell what browser i'm using.)

We are fortuantely aware of the problem and thanks for the screen shots. We are having some sort of server mix up and a DNS flush or restarting the computer has helped some. So you might try it. To try and a DNS flush open your command prompt and type in:

ipconfig /flushdns

I've been got that last one for a while on Chrome whenever I went to the home page. I had to change the url to the forums to be able to access the site.
Also, about the page not available issues. I get that CONSTANTLY on here just when I'm browsing the site normally. It seems to do it a lot when I click quick reply for posting. Clearing my cache and the usual fixes hasn't done anything to fix it and it's been getting worse recently. ^^'
I figured it was just me getting the issues and probably just an issue with my internet or something, but apparently not?

If you are getting a problem regularly thats not actually related to this bug because this bug popped up today because of an update on our end. I will have to have coda dig deeper for your error. Hopefully we can get it fixed.

Leah, I get a lot of page not available errors when I'm at home, but never when I'm at work. I'm almost certain it's just my internet connection sucking.

It could be that to Lucid, I hadn't thought of that for that particular problem. Since thats an old issue.

And don't worry, you weren't the only one.
I had this problem too and even showed it first hand to Fenris.
Going to "Run" and typing in "ipconfig /flushdns" should help.
I did that and waited for a bit and now I'm here.

Not exactly sure why this happened or why it only happened to a few of us and not all.
Because, I was on Trisphee just fine when I got that too and it logged me into Beta.
So don't worry, you're not alone. xD;

I thought about that at first, but I've never had the same issue with other sites so I assumed it was just something on Trisphee not agreeing with me. xD

ah, I get it all the time on every website, depending on the time of day. but it happens on Trisphee more often than anywhere else, except maybe dA. if it's only happening for you on Trisphee, then I don't know whether it's your internet or not.

Also, when I saw the Trisphee Beta popup, I just logged into the beta and it stopped bothering me. XP I thought it was just Coda playing with new things. of course, that won't help any of the blacknames.

yeah I know that we as staff can get around it but its not helping black names. Coda is on the phone with our server services as we speak.

The good news: the problem should be fixed.

The bad news: like when we have changed servers in the past, some people might have to wait.

What happened to my understanding: the server had a complete mix up making some of you all go to our old server which in turn caused problems with access to the site. I am betting coda will explain it better.

Thanks for fixing the problems and being a great staff <3 I was wondering why I was getting those errors, but only got it about twice.
