So let's start talking about the RP. Let's begin with characters. I'd be making mine from scratch, more or less.

K then. So as for the setting, are we sticking with the whole High fantasy world with monsters and trolls?

Or are we going modern times with magic?

Why cant we do like a mix and make our own setting?

Have we decided exactly what we are doing?

Some sort of quest to chase after the amulet or tome of our mentor. Someone would have stolen it from what we discussed.

So I don't recall exactly how we would make magic work itself out in this world that we are creating.

Staffs? Ouo sounds good for a quest
oh and runes and tomes

And incantations I suppose. In that case, I'm not sure if I want to take up the school of destruction, conjuration, restoration, or all the other ones...

Well within the Elder Scrolls' model of magic, there are 5 schools of magic: Destruction, for things that destroy, Conjuration, for summoning, Restoration, for healing and creating wards, Alliteration, for manipulating the world around you, and Illusion for well...illusions.

Yeah, it's a very long and tedious game to play, and what makes it worse is that there's 5 games as of recent. Regardless, I think my style will be more in the schools of Alliteration and Destruction.
