Hey, welcome to Tris. Kali probably has the questions covered, but I'm also available for...asking.

Rations and Water are the event currency, which you can get just through posting, or clicking a pop-ups every five or ten minutes (forgot which one it is). Looks like you've already got your avi set up :)
