When you start the trade, click the bottom bubble that says cash on delivery, and input the amount to be delivered. Then, the other person trading will put in their end of the trade =3

A COD trade lets you specify how much you want in return, instead of starting a trade, waiting for them to put their offer, then you confirming then them confirming.
