Default Skin condions   #1
I have psoriasis and eczema thankfully the eczema is only ever in my ears ( as in down the canal so its interesting when in flair up) at the moment I'm extremely stressed and worried about other life problems ( my mental health for states) and it's caused a massive flair up of Psoriasis on my chest and neck. Tried every cur that normally works bar getting a script from the doctors but that's out of the question due to money issues. Has any one else got any ideas that may work for me?. Trying to lessen the amount of stress/distress/worries by dong other things like DBT and positive thinking, but the itchiness and soreness of m own flesh makes that pretty hard at the moment. AS it's a easier way to self harm then my normal route ( pick at a scab till it bleed's or skin pick or punch my self till the area is dead or badly bruised). Any suggestion on how to get out of this little loop would be really helpful right now.

By "every normal thing" - what have you specifically tried? Can't really say what you can try next without knowing what you've already tried.

I have eczema, and when it's not doing too bad I use a mix of baby oil and melaluka oil to calm my skin down, applied right after my shower when my skin is nice and ready to absorb it. When it gets bad, though, only my prescription cream really works.

Normal things include: Coal tar soap, E45 cream ( or simmler), Tea tree oil and lavender extract for when it's a bad soar, porridge oats in a cold compress to the affected area, Goats milk ( I drink this sutff and it's normally pretty darn good for controlling skin conditions as it;s rich in Calicm).
