I've been replaying Spyro III, and i've really been thinking of getting the first two again. They were some of the best games of my childhood. :3

Anyhow which Spyro game did you like, and have you tried to do a run through where you get any and all gems/orbs/eggs/ehatever before you did the final boss?

HAHAHAHAH I'm lame; the only Spyro game I've ever had was/is Spyro: Season of Ice.

...Which I still haven't finished yet. I should probably go look up a walkthrough....hadn't thought about that either.

The only spyro game I ever got into (and loved to death) was Spryo 2: Ripto's Rage. Man, now I want to play that game again to see Mr. Moneybags. xD

I have not played Spyro in so long you have got me interested in going to buy all the old games again and playing them all the way through. I miss the childhood days. xD

I have only played Spyro 1 and 2. Ripto's rage is my favorite of the two. <3
I hated Moneybags though. I cracked up so bad when he got his ass kicked out of the Autumn Castle without them having to lay a claw on him.

Oh but I did play one other spyro game on the Gamecube. I'm not sure which it was. It was only a rental. I recall hating it with a passion, though I can't remember why. It's the reason I never bothered to play any other Spyro games.

I never played a Spyro game. D: However, I did just get the spin off Skylanders game.

Played the first three, and personally liked Ripto's Rage the best. They were definitely some of the better games from when I was younger.

And never tried to get 100% of everything before I did the final boss. Too impatient to really take the time to do that before getting the finish and satisfaction of beating the baddy.

I have a Playstation 3 So, I have purchased all 3 of the old Spyro games for only six dollars each. I love each one. In my opinion, the first one was the hardest, and not quite as fun as the others. Ripto's Rage was my favorite growing up, but as the years went by I played it too many times, and therefore am not as partial to it anymore, I like the 3 one quite a bit, I love how there are multiple playable characters, but the boss battles were lacking the challenge. Out of all of them, I do believe that Ripto's Rage is the best, but it doesn't have the best bonus when you've collected all the orbs and gems, which is what I hated, I was very disappointed at that part.

I hate the new ones-the "remakes" and Skylanders. I want my original spyro back D:

I haven't played Spyro in a long while, even though I downloaded it on my PS3. I'm no where near done finishing it though. >.<

I was fond of games 1-3. After those games, the creators kept altering Spyro's appearance and they couldn't make up their mind on wither to have Sparx talk or not. That drove me nuts. -.-

I played the first one, quite a bit. And I remember playing the third one at a friend's house. Haven't beaten any of them, but I hope to play them once again. In the future, I plan to get the first three Spyro games. (Probably when I get a PS3.) I don't plan to get the other ones though.
