So.... how exactly does the new foot/arm poses work? Especially with different skins or is it one of those, it only works with other chopped poses?

unfortunately with the way the avatar system works you have to get the body of adam chest pieces and the head. If you want to do the rocker version you need the arms but can skip the chest pieces by getting the ripped bod and the thighs. the legs and the arms are gloves so you can don't have to worry about skin color (unless you want to try and match them) -- There is one piece of the arms that have not been uploaded yet but will be in the morning.

I keep forgetting about the Adam pieces, lol. No problem, I don't mind working for them. :) Thanks for the info!

Where do I find adam pieces?

The Adam set is in the Body Shop.

How it works is that you change to the invisible base, then rebuild your bod with the Adam parts that you need. If you're using the new leg mods, for example, you can either cover most of your avi with clothes and just use Adam's Head, or completely rebuild the torso/arms. The Adam set also comes in all the same colors as Second Skin.

It's a little expensive to get going, but investing in Adam pieces is definitely worth it if you love mods like I do.
