it happens to me all the time! usually when I'm talking to someone, leave, then come back and forget what I was doing. XD

yeah, creating a business takes lots of time and education and experience. I'm glad I have a lot of life ahead of me!

I'll probably start off either at an agency or doing in-house advertising, wherever I can get. after I have experience though, I want to start my own agency with friends. it would be a lot of work but a ton of fun!

it's for my advertising class. it's the class I take before applying to the major, so this big project goes into my application.

it's an ad campaign for JC Penney. our whole idea is "Be your own style" and "I define myself" so I need pictures that go along with that theme.

yeah, I've been watching online tutorials and they've definitely helped! I'm content with sticking to the basics though. just a little color scheme, top bars on the pages, numbered pages, and all that. we're also required to have a graphic on every page so I need to find lots of pictures to go in there!

I do have to decide where to put page breaks and make sure that none of the lines end up hyphenated, but it's not so bad. this is my first time using indesign though so it's a little overwhelming! I just downloaded the free 30 day trial of CS5 because I only need it for about 3 weeks anyway. XD
