    So not rich, money-wise. lol

If you ever get the chance, read 'The Snake's Pass'. There is use of a noxious word twice, but they didn't know better when the book was written. Other than that, it's a gripping story. However, this book is so rare that even the download sites don't have a legible copy! Or they didn't when I looked.

LOL No. I have a copy of a first edition.

And there are a LOT of full online novels here, including ones that I've never managed to find in print. Like 'Doctor Marigold'.

Oh! I like 'Our Mutual Friend'! I had a hard time tracking down a copy, and wound up with one without the pictures, because the one with the pictures had a broken spine. I haven't read 'Middlemarch', but I've read and like 'Silas Marner'.

Lawtan takes suggestions. He's not always there to see them, because of home stuff, so the front page may not be updated right away. But Law's the librarian, and the amazing organizer of our virtual bookshelves.

I have a copy of a first edition 'Christmas Carol'. It's so pretty I had to go buy another edition to read, because the thought of messing that one up gave me a headache. *derp*

XD I devour Dickens and such. But I do like being able to get a book that's pretty on the outside. I have a box set of LoTR that's fully illustrated. They're too big to read comfortably, but I have them squirreled away in a trunk to keep them safe. I also love digging up some rare books and indi comics.

I'm going to send you a spider.

:D It's a real library, too. With a list of books and web comics and all kinds of online reading stuffs.

Do you like the outsides of books too? Or just the insides? Like, does edition matter to you?

All that is empty in the drawing should be filled in, the teacher said to us kids. First you sharpen the pencil to fill in the thin whiskers, then you use the thick crayon to fill in the wings with brown, meticulously and without letting the crayon leave the page. Six feet can be traced below the soft belly. Now, breathing is hard to detect on paper, the teacher said to me when I asked, but it is easier to feel it in real life.

    Even insects breathe.
