Definitely! And yeah he might want to become more involved when she's reached an age that she can be a little independent. Teaching kids how to do things is probably the funnest aspect of parenting, besides watching them grow up of course. I just hope he doesn't miss out on her being a newborn. He will likely regret it later. Who knows. I'm happy for you. You're happy and that's what matters.
