you prolly should discourage stealing tv and book chars unless you are making it so that it is a fandom rp in which case it should have guidelines otherwise you will turn away a /lot/ of people(like me) which don't mix the two or dont like char violations or just are not into fandom(personally i don't watch naruto or doctor who so having chars from both in the story would be awkward


also, and this one is kind of big you need to be careful with images, rpers have a bad habit of stealing art which is a tos violation and in very bad tastes


and lastly, welcome to the rp section of tris, good luck but please make an ooc if you are recruiting since that is what the ooc is for
