Yes, you have to donate to get them but here if you do donate for items like yearlies (Items that will be taken down and replaced a year from the date they were added) it's about 5 bucks for one of those.

Yes only that pose but you can layer it how you wish. So far the rule here with clothes is that what you place on first goes on bottom of other clothing items. Same for hair as well. Oh and some eyes do it also.

Well, I found the store... but when you buy something is it only that particular pose you get of it? x3
