Probably. Might not be for a while though. He's made an app for our school's newspaper, and is having a bunch of problems with it. I'm testing it for him on Android, and he's got an iPod to test the Apple version. The Apple version loads quickly and looks nicest, but the news stories don't update automatically like they're supposed to. The Android version is fairly buggy, takes forever to load, and doesn't support the back button that most droids have built into the phone. But once it does load, all the news stories are perfectly up-to-date like they're supposed to be.
I like feeling like I'm helping though. C: I check it all the time and tell him how it's doing, and I advised him to stick a little "Beta" tag in the title so people would be more forgiving of the slowness. XD IT ALWAYS WORKS! He pulled it from the android market for now though so I'm probably the only person that has it on droid. But it also means he'll have to update it on my phone manually when he changes things.
HURRAY! I would love for you to code for us. *U*
I kinda want to ask my boyfriend if he'd join Trisphee and code for us, but he's stressed out enough as it is with his current job and school and stuff. I don't want to put any more pressure on him. :c
Alright, whatever he says! XD At BYU, you don't learn Python until junior year. It starts out with Java, then C++, then PHP, then some more stuff. I don't know a ton about what's taught in what class in what order, but that's how most colleges do it I think.
Python's a pretty powerful language, you can do a lot with it once you learn it. You're lucky. C: GO FORTH AND BE A SUPER-PROGRAMMER!
*O* learning Python already? now that's a special class! my boyfriend is majoring in computer programming and he doesn't even know Python yet. XD Well, he just barely switched his major... >.> but he already knew Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, a few versions of C, and is in a PHP class right now. So YOU'RE LIKE TOTALLY AHEAD!
