My first piece of advice is to tell your friend that you want every thing in writing and you expect to be paid. If that doesn't stop her delusions, then tell her you will start working when she has paid for the site. If she doesn't realize how fruitless it is with out money or expects you to do it then I am not sure what you should do then. Also what is her plot? ( I only say this because my friend and I had the exact same fancy but when I told her it cost money to have server space, we just made the characters and the world but never went beyond that. )
