First of all...the pupils should be a bit bigger to not look creepy. The eyes/irises are gonna be darker towards the top. The coloring itself is decent.

Maybe lay down some general shadows on a different layer first?

Like I said before, the eyes should've been angled a bit so they're not slanting down, but they should be ok...
