Ehh...several friends are strong democrats. Several family are strong Republican. I'm libertarian/minimal statist.

Actually, I personally think the justice system is messed up on a fundamental level.
Much of it was established by the idea that putting blame on one party, and material compensation, can fix problems between people. That is poor problem solving.
