Always doubt your reality! Check often! if something feels weird, check to see if you're dreaming. every time you see the color purple, check to see if you're dreaming. every time you look out a window, check to see if you're dreaming! I have an alarm that goes off every 15 minutes at work, and I check every time I hear that. and most times I look at a clock, I try and will it to do crazy things. in real life, nothing happens, but in dreams, it works the way I want it to, and that's how I tell.

I like to plug my nose and still be able to breathe. it feels funny. XD
I also look at clocks and will them to speed up (analog) or jump to funny times (digital).

yep. once it got easy, I got cocky and stopped trying so hard.

it happens. you get better with practice and experience.
unfortunately, I also got lazier with experience.

yeah, it's hard to keep yourself dreaming once you know you are. I often wake up too quick or forget I'm dreaming once I get into it.
